How it works
- Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.
- Email support@lipskylabs.com with your order number to start a return.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. Faulty or incorrect items are covered by us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
